Parris Island

Today Bill took Avery and I to the Marine Recruit Depot on Parris Island to see where he is working. It was really interesting to see where the new recruits train. We only seen a few groups of them. Bill says that they train seven days a week, no weekend off for them!

Welcome to Life on Butler Avenue. A place for us to share what is going on in our world with the rest of the world. A little about us; we live in St. Louis, MO where I have made some wonderful life long friends. Bill works for Walton Construction. I am a stay at home mommy and wife, the best job in the world if you ask me. Madison is 13, she loves to sing, Alexa is 8 and has a wonderful imagination (both Madison and Alexa live with their moms), Avery our youngest is 15 months and she a very adorable and active little girl. We are temporarily living in Port Royal, South Carolina, Bill's job has relocated us here for two years while he is working on a project on Parris Island.
